Ingredients

  • 1 cup soy yogurt or other non-dairy yogurt
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise vegan
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tbsp oregano dried
  • ½ tsp sambal oelek
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, paprika powder, oregano, sambal oelek, and salt in a bowl.
  • Mix until well combined.
  • Taste and add more salt or sambal oelek if needed.
  • Store in a glass jar or an airtight container. Refrigerate for up to one week.

Notes

  • Chill your sauce to get the best flavor. Place it in an airtight container or a glass jar so that you can store it for at least 30 minutes before eating or serving it! The longer you let it sit, the better.
  • Mix the ingredients thoroughly so that everything is well combined.
  • If needed, taste and adjust seasoning. Depending on your personal preference add more salt or sambal oelek to suit what you're looking for in the dish! If you don't like spicy, just omit the sambal oelek!
