Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, paprika powder, oregano, sambal oelek, and salt in a bowl.

Taste and add more salt or sambal oelek if needed.

Chill your sauce to get the best flavor. Place it in an airtight container or a glass jar so that you can store it for at least 30 minutes before eating or serving it! The longer you let it sit, the better.
