I'm Emica, the recipe creator, and photographer here at Plant-Baked. With a deep care for the environment and a passion for healthy eating, I strive to create delicious plant-based recipes that are free of pesticides and chemicals. I believe that the best way to achieve a healthy diet is by consuming organic plant-based food that nourishes our bodies and promotes overall well-being.
I love cooking with fresh and seasonal produce, whole grains, and natural sugar alternatives. I aim to use as few ingredients as possible, making my recipes easy to follow without sacrificing flavor. My passion for cooking started in childhood and grew exponentially after going vegan. Cooking has become a form of art for me, allowing me to experiment with flavors and ingredients and create healthy, delicious meals for myself and my loved ones.
Some of my recipes are inspired by my Yugoslavian heritage, while others come from my travels across Europe and the USA. I find that cooking is one of the best ways to get creative and explore different cultures through food.
