1. Start with slicing the bread loaf. 2. Add ½ cup chickpea flour, ½ tsp salt, and a pinch of kala namak into a mixing bowl. 3. Add 1 cup oat milk and whisk together until well combined. 4. Preheat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. 5. Dip bread slices in the mixture. Make sure both sides are well coated. 6. Cook 2-3 minutes per side, until a golden brown and crispy. 7. Serve topped with cream cheese, or other toppings of your choice.
