Jamu juice is an anti-inflammatory turmeric and ginger health tonic. It's simple and quick to make.

1. Clean turmeric and ginger and remove any loose skin or blemishes. No need to peel. Chop or slice.
2. Put it in a high-speed blender with the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
3. Strain through a fine sieve or a nut milk bag (it´ll stain), and pour into a glass jar or a bottle. Dilute with more water if desired. Refrigerate.
4. Serve as is or with ice.
