Ingredients  

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 ½ cup (3,6 dl) apples, peeled and chopped
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup (1,2 dl) soy milk
  • ½ cup (1,2 dl) rolled oats
  • ½ cup (1,2 dl) walnuts, chopped
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup

Instructions

  • Place 2 bananas, apples, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and soy milk in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  • In a mixing bowl add ½ cup rolled oats, ½ cup chopped walnuts, 1 tablespoon flaxseed, teaspoon cinnamon, and 2 tablespoons agave syrup.
  • Stir to combine.
  • Pour smoothie into two serving bowls.
  • Top each bowl with half of your oat mix.
  • Serve and enjoy.
