Clean turmeric and ginger and remove any loose skin or blemishes. No need to peel. Chop or slice.
Put it in a high-speed blender with the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
Strain through a fine sieve or a nut milk bag (it´ll stain), and pour into a glass jar or a bottle. Dilute with more water if desired. Refrigerate.
Serve as is or with ice.
