Tahini hot chocolate

  • 1 can (400 ml) (14 oz) coconut milk
  • 1 cup (2,4 dl) water
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 3 tbsp agave syrup
  • 3 tbsp cacao


  • Place coconut milk, water, tahini, agave syrup and cacao in a small saucepan. Whisk together.
  • Bring to boil over medium heat, whisking continuously.
  • Lower the heat and let simmer for a few minutes.
  • If you like your hot chocolate sweeter, taste and add another spoon of agave syrup.
  • Pour tahini hot chocolate into mugs and serve.
