VEGAN SAVORY SCONES

INGREDIENTS

– 2 cups whole spelt flour – 2 tsp baking powder – ½ tsp salt – 50 g cold butter, vegan – 1 cup oat milk

Combine dry ingredients, flour,  baking powder, and salt

Add butter to the mixing bowl

Use your hands or a pastry blender to cut the butter into the flour

Add oat milk and use a spoon to stir it together until it forms a somewhat sticky dough.

Scoop by heaping tablespoons onto a prepared baking sheet

Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown and firm in the center
