GARLIC BREAD  FRECH TOAST

INGREDIENTS

4-6 bread slices (½ loaf bread) ½ cup chickpea flour ½ tsp salt 1 cup oat milk (or other plant-based milk) 1 big garlic clove, minced 1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley 1 tbsp oil

Add all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and whisk together until well combined.

Dip bread slices in the mixture. Make sure both sides are well coated.

Cook 2-3 minutes per side, until a golden brown and crispy.
