Ingredients
  • 2 bananas
  • 1½ cup apples, peeled and chopped
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup soy milk
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup
Instructions
  1. Place 2 bananas, apples, one teaspoon cinnamon and soy milk in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. In a mixing bowl add ½cup rolled oats, ½ cup chopped walnuts, 1 tablespoon flaxseed, teaspoon cinnamon, and 2 tablespoons agave syrup.
  3. Stir to combine.
  4. Pour smoothie into two serving bowls.
  5. Top each bowl with a half of your oat mix.
  6. Serve and enjoy.
