Strawberry overnight oats

  • ½ cup (1,2 dl) rolled oats
  • ½ cup (1,2 dl) soy yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup
  • ½ cup (1,2 dl) oat milk or other plant-based milk
  • ½ lb (250 g) fresh strawberries
  1. The night before, add all ingredients except fresh strawberries to a bowl and stir until well combined.
  2. In a separate bowl, add fresh strawberries and use a fork to mash them up to your desired consistency.
  3. Take two jars and spoon ¼ of the oat mixture into each one. Spoon ¼ of the mashed strawberries into each jar. Repeat the process with oat mixture and top with remaining mashed strawberries.
  4. Cover the jars and place in the fridge overnight.
