Raw buckwheat porrige with raspberry swirl

  • 2 dl (1 cup) buckwheat groats
  • 1 dl (½ cup) non-diary milk ( I used oat milk)
  • 3 medjool dates
  • vanilla extract to taste
  • 1 dl (½ cup) frozen raspberries
  1. Soak buckwheat groats in water for a few hours or overnight(or sprout for 2-3 days).
  2. Rinse buckwheat under running water.
  3. Mix buckwheat, non-diary milk, dates and vanilla extract in a high-speed blender or food processor. Process until smooth.
  4. Add more milk to adjust the consistency to your liking.
  5. Pour porridge into a bowl.
  6. Add frozen raspberries into a blender and process until smooth.
  7. Pour raspberry mixture into a bowl and make a swirl with a fork.
  8. Serve and enjoy.
