Quick & easy vegan breakfast. Blueberry buckwheat porridge.

Ingredients
  • 1 dl buckwheat
  • a handful of blueberries
  • 3 dates
  • 1 dl oat milk or other non-dairy milk (more or less after taste)
Instructions
  1. Soak buckwheat in water for a few hours or overnight.
  2. Rinse buckwheat under running water.
  3. Putt all the ingredients in high-speed blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  4. Garnish with desired toppings. I went with chia seeds, mulberries, and one date.
